Affiliate Registration Form
Contact Name
Enter the contact name or the person who will be primarily responsible for marketing TidyGarage® products.
Contact Phone
Provide a telephone number where you can be reached in case we need to speak with you directly.
Contact Email
You must own or be able to read email from this address. Your account confirmation will be emailed to the address you provide once you have submitted the form.
Company Name
Enter your company name. Commissions earned will be forwarded in the company name. If you are registering as an individual please enter your name.
Website URL
Enter the domain name of the website where you will sell or display our products. If you do not own a website, using a webpage instead, to promote the products, enter the URL address.
Account Number
This will be your account number, should you submit the registration form and complete the confirmation. This field cannot be edited.
Password and Confirm Password
Choose a password. Password must be at least 6 characters long. Use only letters and numbers - no special characters please. Enter an identical password. Passwords are case sensitive. Keep your password in a safe place.
PayPal Email Address
Enter your PayPal email address above. TidyGarage® affiliates are compensated using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register with PayPal at www.paypal.com. It's free to register.
